We used to do that from the dock in Ventura. We would have to take the hose from our friend's brother or he would be out there til 3 am.
ReplyDeleteSailing from Zihuatanejo to Manzanillo I thought there were giant whales all around (keep in mind it was 3 am and I hadn't had much sleep) but it was just huge glowing plankton gangs.
it can be scary! Because you wonder what's making them light up.... dun duh... dun duh....
