I am going to top it with some brown sugar and bake it tonight as a side dish for dinner. I will probably bake it at 375 for about 10 mins just to melt the brown sugar and heat it through.

ReplyDeleteIt was gross according to mom. I had some and thought it was good. But I don't really know how it's supposed to taste. It had a good flavor... it might have been too mushy. But then again it was called "Butternut Squash Mush" gee...
ReplyDeleteIt didn't have enough of the seasoning ingredients such as brown sugar and cinnamon. It was a little bland.
